Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Paxbook website (web.paxbook.in) to search, book or manage flights and holiday packages, whether you have an account or book as a guest. By creating an account, logging in or making a booking, you agree to them. For any question, write to planners@paxbook.in or call 7300047077.

1. About Paxbook

Paxbook is a travel agency. We book flights with airlines through our flight supplier and arrange holiday packages with hotels, transport and activity partners. The airline or the service partner provides the actual travel service, under its own conditions of carriage and rules.

2. Your account

  • Signing up needs your name, email address, mobile number and a password. Your email is verified with a one-time code before the account is created.
  • Keep your password and one-time codes private. Never share a code, not even with Paxbook staff.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
  • You can also book as a guest. The e-ticket is sent to the email you give, and you can see the booking later by logging in with the same email or mobile.

3. Prices, payment and confirmation

  • Fares come live from airlines and can change until payment. We check the price again with the airline just before you pay; if it has changed, we show the new total and ask you to confirm before taking payment.
  • Payment is collected securely through our payment partner Razorpay. Paxbook does not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • A booking is confirmed when you see it as Confirmed on the confirmation page or in My Account, and receive a PNR. If a confirmation email or SMS is delayed or does not arrive, for example because of a technical issue or a wrong email or mobile number, the booking still stands as long as it appears on the confirmation page or in your account.
  • Please check your e-ticket as soon as you receive it and tell us about any mistake within 3 hours of issue, so we can correct it with the airline where possible.

4. Flight travel rules

  • All flight timings are shown in the local time of the airport.
  • The traveller's name or title cannot be changed after booking. Enter names exactly as on the ID the traveller will carry.
  • Carry a valid photo ID for check-in (a passport for international travel). For an infant, carry the birth certificate.
  • Report at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic and 3 hours before international departures. Check-in counters may close earlier.
  • Complete web check-in on the airline's website or app. The boarding pass is issued by the airline; the Paxbook e-ticket is proof of booking, not a boarding pass.
  • Use the airline PNR when talking to the airline, and your Paxbook Booking ID for everything with us.
  • Check the baggage allowance on your e-ticket. Infants have no free baggage allowance. Meals, seats and special requests depend on the airline and are not guaranteed.
  • For international trips, your passport must be valid for more than 6 months, and you must hold the right visas, including transit visas. Checking these is your responsibility.

5. Cancellations, date changes and refunds

  • Cancellations and date changes are subject to the airline's fees, shown in the fare rules before you book. Paxbook's service fee is not refundable.
  • Tickets not used and not cancelled before departure (no-show) are non-refundable.
  • Convenience fees are non-refundable once the ticket is issued. Whether meals, seats and extra baggage are refunded depends on the airline.
  • Refunds are paid to the original payment method after the airline refunds the amount to us. Refund claims arising from airline cancellations or delays depend on the airline refunding us.
  • A date change request is submitted to the airline and confirmed by our team; any fare difference and fees are payable before the change is made.
  • Very close to departure, the airline may only accept a cancellation directly. In that case please contact the airline, and inform us.

6. Holiday packages

  • Package prices depend on hotel, flight and activity availability on the dates chosen, and are confirmed by our travel expert before booking.
  • The final itinerary, inclusions and the cancellation terms for your package are shared with you in writing before you pay.
  • Changes requested after confirmation depend on our partners and may cost extra.

7. Coupons and offers

  • One coupon can be used per booking. Each coupon has its own validity, minimum booking amount and maximum discount.
  • The discount is applied to the price you pay. It is not paid out as cash and is not refundable.
  • Paxbook may change or withdraw an offer, and may cancel a coupon used in a way that breaks its terms.

8. GST invoices

Where applicable, GST credit for flights is provided by the airline directly to the traveller or the company named on the booking.

9. Our responsibility

Paxbook acts as an agent between you and the airlines and travel partners. We are not liable for any deficiency in a service provided by an airline or partner, such as delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost baggage or denied boarding, though we will help you with the airline or partner. Our liability for our own service is limited to the amount you paid Paxbook for that booking.

10. Using the website

Do not misuse the website, for example by making false bookings, using another person's details or payment method, or trying to break its security. We may refuse or cancel bookings that look fraudulent.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after the date shown at the top.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
